AFCAT Australia (Association Football Coaches and Trainers) launches a FREE Sydney “Football Coach Information Day Seminar” with keynote coach Ian Greener in Sydney in conjunction with partners Athlete’s Foot & George Lazarou on Sunday 9 February at the Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre from 9am-5pm. Ian Greener is a respected Australian and Victorian based coach and co-founder of AFCAT Australia.

The format for the day will be along the lines of:
9.30am     History of AFCAT, WHY AFCAT and the links, benefits and structure of our coaching association.
10.00am   AFCAT THEORY- A ‘Snap Shot’ of German Football and the Bundesliga
11.00am   AFCAT THEORY- How Goals are Scored at the Elite Level

LUNCH

1.00pm    AFCAT PRACTICAL- Scoring From Wide Areas.
1.45pm    AFCAT PRACTICAL- Possession Play and Direct Play
2.30pm   SUMMARY- Future Activities/ Plans/ Opportunities.
3.00pm   CLOSE OF SEMINAR
