Typical of Easter Period it has bucketed which means that all grounds are closed and Round 1 games have been postponed.

According to the SGFA web site “Due to the amount of rain that we have had over the last couple of days and with more predicted for the weekend, All Grounds will be Closed for Friday, Saturday & Sunday.  Games will be rescheduled for a later date.”

The good news is that our Home Ground J. Graham Field is now setup, marked and ready for matches.  Over the past week a number of volunteers have cleaned the storage room, change rooms, set up the goal post, marked the field and done general tidy up of the grounds.
